Lobe Pump Trolley Jacketed Cover is constructed to ensure easy and hygienic liquid movement in such industries as food, pharmaceutical, and chemical. It is constructed carefully with all its areas of contact made of AISI-316 grade stainless steel alloys that are resistant to corrosion, and hygienic standards are well maintained. Once the rotor starts to spin, it leaves behind an expanding cavity, and this causes a vacuum to be formed at the inlet port of the pump in a smooth way, which eventually pulls the liquid into the pumping chamber. The liquid is transported safely between the lobes and is positively displaced with self-sealing on the inner walls of the pump casing. The liquid will fill one of the lobe chambers and enter its discharge phase. The product is then extruded forcefully out through the discharge port in a continuous flow, and the pressure stays constant as a result of the meshing of the lobe rotors. A jacketed overcoat is helpful in temperature regulation, and it is recommended in the case of sensitive or viscous liquids during transportation, pumping, etc.
